Anger is an emotional that holds many people back. Brendon Burchard says, “Anger is either worry or hurt most of the time.” It takes a shift in perspective and for us to put ourselves in another’s shoes to try to understand where their anger comes from. By understanding the anger, we can take a step back from it and evaluate it from an angle that will keep us from being caught up in the emotions. When we get caught up in the emotions, we become defensive and shameful. Listen to this episode of CHANGE by CHOICE to learn about how we can approach anger and how we can control our emotions when dealing with another person’s anger.
